Dear patients, in the context of the increased number of cases of COVID-19, for your and the medical staff safety, please come to the appointment unaccompanied. We only allow access for one accompanying person if you are unmoved or have another justified medical need.
We would like to inform you that at each visit to the Vascularte clinic you will benefit from the COVID * 
protocol and please provide us with proof of COVID vaccination, proof of an RT-PCR or antigen test with a negative result in the last 48 hours or proof of disease, in the last 6 months.
We remind you that the provision of incorrect information in the triage questionnaire has legal consequences.
These protective measures are necessary for your and our medical staff health.
